Wenda is a white, cat-like vocal character who appears in the "Sprunki Universe." She has tufts of fur on both cheeks and two long, pointed ears on her head. Unlike a real cat, she has no tail. She features hollow eyes similar to Gray's and eyelashes like Pinky and Vineria. She tilts her head from side to side and says "Hey!" before lowering her eyelids and raising her eyebrows during the vocalization. While she has a calm demeanor, she has a notably arrogant and slightly rude personality.

In "Sprunki Wenda Horror Mode," Wenda falls completely into madness and transforms into a terrifying murderer. She holds a sharp knife and attacks other characters. There are streaks of blood on her left cheek and right torso, and her eyes have a crazy glow. Her pupils are oval-shaped, with one slightly larger than the other, and her ears are slightly drooped. In line with the horror atmosphere, she loses her outlines and violently moves her head while making a distorted beat crash sound. Her motive for madness is unknown, but it is rumored to be an influence from Black.

In "Sprunki Wenda Phase 3," Wenda's appearance becomes even more gruesome. The streaks of blood disappear, but her jaw looks broken or chipped. Her pupils are extremely dilated, and her eyebrows are completely gone. Her existence symbolizes a crisis in the Sprunki universe, and she gives off an overwhelming sense of terror with a bizarre rhythm. In this form, her madness reaches its peak, and she shows an intense presence while being isolated.
