He is characterized by black eyes, red eyelids, thin eyebrows, and five dark red spikes on his head (the three in the center are small, and the two on the sides are large). He has a hot-tempered and irritable personality. While he enjoys watching and participating in sports, he often keeps his distance from other characters and prefers to spend time alone. His design is influenced by Fuse from 'Oddbods,' and his constantly stern eyebrows reflect his fiery nature.

In "Sprunki Raddy's Horror Mode," Raddy transforms into a terrifying figure. The skin on the left side of his face is peeled off, his eyeball is missing, and his skull is exposed. Blood seeps from his empty eye socket, and the central and right spikes are torn off or broken and gone. A noose is wrapped around his neck, and his lower body is deeply torn, revealing his internal organs. The remaining eye is unfocused, his mouth is gone, and only one eyebrow remains. His angry expression has disappeared, and his head is tilted to the side, moving slightly to the eerie beat, evoking intense fear.

In "Sprunki Raddy's Phase 3," Raddy undergoes an even more gruesome transformation. His face is completely peeled off, the right spike has vanished, and his lower body is deeply torn. A broken horn is pierced through his eye, and blood drips from his teeth and pupil. The horns are connected inside his mouth, and his skull is cracked and bleeding. The horns protruding from his wounded mouth move from side to side, and the music that accompanies his form takes on an unusual power. This form only appears during a crisis in the Sprunki Universe, where he maintains his solitary nature while dominating his surroundings with an overwhelming presence.
